Course Description


IRM2 Introduction to Romans (3 semester hours)


This course is a foundational course, which surveys the book of Romans in the New Testament. It is taught over 17 sessions and provides the student with an understanding of the following topics: A Biblical overview of the book of Romans to include historic and cultural background; God's condemnation of humanity, righteousness by faith, the justification and deliverance from sin and death; the law; life in Christ; God's sanctification and preservation of his children; God's plan for Israel; and God's will for the church.
